The Wild Alaskan Halibut Truck claims to have the best fish and chips in Juneau in addition to offering up burgers, coconut shrimp, tacos, a pulled pork sandwich, and a selection of breakfast options.

Forno Rosso Pizzeria & Catering has motorized its pizza oven, providing fresh, hot, wood-oven pizzas on-the-spot in Juneau. The

truck has classic, Alaska-themed, and dessert pizzas plus a range of beverages.
