Mat Maid debuts new look at Make it Alaskan festival.

Alaska dairy processor Matanuska Maid surprised visitors at the opening day of the Make it Alaskan festival with a live installation of full color graphics onto one of their 30-foot container vans. The installation carefully mounted the oversize graphics for a new logo and image for the company. In addition, a full color graphic of Mat Maid personality Olympian Kikkan Randall was debuted as well.

The new look will represent an update on the well-known Mat Maid "football" logo with a Mat Maid skater girl. Joe Van Treeck, president of the dairy, commented, "This new look represents a move by Mat Maid to remain current with a new generation of consumers, and position us with a stronger identity as we prepare to celebrate our 70th anniversary in the state in 2006."
