Marsha Amin is a Senior Appellate Research Attorney at Division One of the Fourth District Court of Appeal. Prior to working at the Court of Appeal, she was a litigation attorney at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP in San Diego. She also served as a law clerk to Judge Louisa S. Porter in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Amin is a member of the California Lawyers Association Litigation Section's Committee on Appellate Courts.

Jessica Barclay-Strobel is a Deputy Attorney General in the Natural Resources Law Section at the California Office of the Attorney General. Before joining the Attorney General's Office, Ms. Barclay-Strobel was a litigator in private practice and clerked for Judge Jacqueline H. Nguyen of the Ninth Circuit and Judge David O. Carter of the Central District of California. Ms. Barclay-Strobel serves on the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section of the California Lawyers Association.
