Marine Corps Systems Command Kicks Off Reorganization Campaign.

Brig. Gen. James Feigley, commander of the Marine Corps Systems Command, announced that the agency is reorganizing to accommodate what he called "a whole systems architecture." The goal is to offer one-stop-shopping for Marine customers, he explained.

The new structure will make it easier for customers to place orders and to receive better service, Feigley said. The command's headquarters will remain in Quantico, Va., but 900 to 1,000 employees will be moving to nearby Hospital Point.

Outlining a long-range plan to establish a Marine-based industrial park adjacent to Quantico, Feigley said the park would house support-services companies that are currently working for the Corps.
