This lady was caught twice: once in 1955 by police, and now by two artists in Ohio who've turned some old police mug shots into kitschy art with a 1950s feel. A police department in California tossed the photos a decade ago when it automated its record system, and Tara Finke recently discovered them in an antiques store.
