Maio and Silverstein win Burton Award.

IADC member Carl Anthony Maio of Fox, Rothschild, O'Brien & Frankel, Philadelphia, and Adam G. Silverstein, a senior litigation associate at the same firm, were among the winners in the 2001 Burton Awards for Legal Achievement for their article "All the Time in the World," which appeared in the January 2001 issue of Defense Counsel Journal, page 113.

The article had its genesis as a newsletter for the IADC Fidelity and Surety Committee, and it was picked up for inclusion in the Journal's department, "Conning the IADC Newsletters," which brought it to the attention of the contest judges.
