Madison firm, affiliate become one firm.

The Madison firm DeWitt Ross & Stevens and its affiliate, the Minnesota firm DeWitt Mackall Crounse & Moore, have been re-organized into a single entity called DeWitt.

The change took effect Tuesday, according to a news release.

"Reorganizing our two entities into DeWitt LLP follows our strategic business goals and is also conducive to a more effective branding strategy by creating a consistent corporate identity across our markets," said Bradley Fulton, DeWitt president and managing partner, in a statement.
