Remote DBA Experts, LLC has been acquired by Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP), a leading private equity firm based in Chicago. RDX's management team, led by CEO Buddy Flerl, continues to retain a significant ownership stake in the newly recapitalized company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Through a workforce of over 200 employees, RDX provides secure 24x7, 100% U.S.-based managed services to hundreds of clients across a wide range of database environments, including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, and MongoDB. RDX also provides cloud migration and management services for Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Oracle DB Cloud environments, helping customers fully leverage the benefits of hybrid cloud architectures.
