About 98 percent of the clothes sold in the U.S. are made in China, Mexico, Bangladesh, and other countries where labor and manufacturing are cheaper. But for the 2014 Winter Games, which begin this month in Sochi, Russia (see p. 6), all the official U.S. Olympic clothing for the opening and closing ceremonies will be made in the U.S.A.
