For Fun, I Like To: Run--marathons as well as shorter races--and participate in triathlons and duathlons. I'm scheduled to participate in my first half iron-man triathlon in August. I also enjoy travel and seeing new places.

Time Management: Try to fit in as much as possible, but recognize boundaries. Prioritization is key, although to be honest, I often overbook myself.

Stress Management: Running, playing with our chocolate labrador, Shannon, who is always a bundle of energy; trying to stay balanced; and using Wii.
