We all have heard that "the way to a man's heart is through his stomach." Author Byron Williams wishes to take it a step further, however: "His lunch bag reveals his relationship status," says Williams, a lifestyles coach based in Detroit, Mich., who bills himself as the Relationship Bodyguard.

"Any woman searching for a good man may want to start lurking in the employee lunchroom and monitor what he is packing." It is true, insists Williams, that "some women can learn everything about a man's relationship by what he eats for lunch."

For instance, if a man brings daily home-cooked meals with a note in his lunch bag, he has a wife or live-in girlfriend who cares about his nourishment. "More than likely, he will be getting dessert when gets home. However, the Tupperware can be a dead giveaway that he may still live at home with mom. Either way, if you ladies plan to compete with his wife, girlfriend, or mom, he is going to expect you to cook on a regular basis."

Here is another example: "Whenever a handsome hunk always is bringing frozen TV dinners or takeout to work, sound the alarm; there is a man on deck: come and get it.
