Time Management: Stay focused on what needs to be accomplished and work backwards from the deadline goal. Rearrange priorities to ensure that the most important needs are met.

Stress Management: My leisure activities are my primary stress management techniques. Since I take the train every day, I get the opportunity to decompress by reading. I can let my mind be occupied with things other than work.

Favorite Read: Atlas Shrugged, by Ayn Rand. Amazingly, this was written long ago but still holds true and remains highly relevant today. Read it if you want a peak at a world where capitalism has been replaced by socialism.
