There's nothing like a great hat--unless it's a bunch of great hats. Sunday Afternoons--one of the original companies to develop UV safe sun wear--has provided us with the former and the latter. Our three favorites are the Boss, Jazz, and Charter hats. The Boss is made of 100% wool felt and looks like a fedora out of one of those 1940s movies we so enjoy watching. It is replete with a classic two-inch brim, upscale hatband with bow tie side closure, and an interior sweatband with satin-trim accenting. Oh yes, it's packable and water repellent, as is the Jazz Hat, which has two-inch short-brimmed fedora styling, an interior grosgrain sweatband, and a coordinating grosgrain headband. Moreover, there is none of that one-size-fits all nonsense or inaccurate size designations. A Large is indeed a Large. (Our oversized head sends its thanks.)
