People think the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center is new, but it has been there for 10 years. The layout, the design and the facility are timeless, and the meeting rooms have been refreshed, says Greg Leonard, Hyatt Regency Denver general manager.

The reason people come back, though, is the friendly, helpful staff of 650. Leonard says he recently received a letter from a guest thanking him because an assistant executive steward, who handles silverware and tableware at events, helped her find the correct room when she could not locate her breakout session at a meeting.
