Locke Lord Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer Paulette Brown was selected as one of 50 honorees to receive the Council on Legal Education Opportunity EDGE award for outstanding contributions in the field of diversity.Locke Lord Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer Paulette Brown was selected as one of 50 honorees to receive the Council on Legal Education Opportunity EDGE award for outstanding contributions in the field of diversity.

Brown is a senior partner in Locke Lard's Princeton office. She has been practicing employment law for almost 40 years, and previously served as the first woman of color to lead the American Bar Association.

During her tenure at the ABA, she formed the organization's Diversity and Inclusion 360 Commission, aimed at examining diversity and inclusion in the legal profession, the judicial system and the ABA in order to create policies and practices to advance diversity and inclusion.
