Limited liability companies and their member owners are among the list of entities qualifying for California's Voluntary Disclosure Program.
Assembly Bill 3073, enacted Aug. 30, amended the program, which previously included C and S corporations, S corporation shareholders, certain trusts and trust beneficiaries among entities able to qualify.
Agreements will be effective Jan. 1, 2005.
