Boulder-based Fatline Corp. has unveiled a new service it says will help businesses limit the amount of non-work related time employees spend on the Internet -- without making workers feel like Big Brother is watching them. Fatline's solution: Let Little Brother watch himself.

Fatline's service, called FastTracker, includes an option that allows employees to review their own surfing habits.
