Despite the rapidly shifting landscape over the past year, ICLE continues to maintain a robust library of new and existing webcast content for State Bar members.

Managing life has been met with new and extraordinary challenges since March 2020. As a result of the pandemic, we have had to shift the way we think, work and function. There are so many questions to ponder: How do we navigate an ever-changing world? How do we reflect inward while addressing all of the outside demands? How do we balance wellness, stress and finances in our shifting environment? How do we assist our teams, families and friends? How do we handle working remotely and fulfilling job responsibilities while managing our personal life? The questions are endless.

For many of us, 2021 opened with a roar and it has yet to slow down. Given that we are only a couple of months into the new year, we still have time to reflect back on 2020 and the beginning of 2021 to determine a path to forge ahead into a more balanced year of opportunity. Balance has been tried and tested since the onset of the pandemic. The pandemic has shifted the way that we manage life. We must reassess, revaluate and redefine what might have worked previously to keep our current lives in sync. I am sure many people are wondering what “balance” and “in sync” even mean anymore.

Planning is now more important than ever. No one could have ever imagined that we would be where we are today. Knowing what we know now, how can we plan better for mid-pandemic, post-pandemic and thereafter? ICLE is diligently vetting new technology that will improve administration of its numerous program offerings.
