Africology: The Journal of Pan African Studies
Special Edition CFP
On April 21, 2016 one of the world's greatest artists transitioned. Africology: The Journal of Pan African Studies (www.jpanafrican.org) welcomes abstracts that broaden our understanding of the artistry of Prince from Afrocentric perspectives. Writers are encouraged to explore and connect their ideas to the African diaspora, social contributions and the identity politics Prince, redefined. While the issue will mainly consist of scholarly articles, a limited number of opinion pieces and reflections will also be considered. Writers are encouraged to be as creative with their ideas as Prince was with his musical talents and image.
