In early 2012, TEI will hold its annual liaison meetings with the IRS, its Large Business & International Division, and the Treasury Department's Office of Tax Policy. The liaison meetings provide excellent opportunities to discuss technical, administrative, and policy issues confronting the business tax community. This year may well be especially challenging given the political and economic environment.
