These words are only a few of the many being used today to describe the stunning growth occurring in Utah and the intermountain region's commercial real estate market during the past year.

At Coldwell Banker Commercial, we are pleased to be at the forefront of this economic development in our growing part of the country. We are particularly honored to work with exceptional clients, talented brokers and agents, superb partners, and our supportive state and local governments. In the past year, we have added more than 40 new agents, dramatically expanded our presence in Utah County, and Idaho; and increased our footprint as the only national commercial office brand in Alaska.

As part of our regional expansion, Coldwell Banker Commercial Intermountain will be changing its name in January to Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors.
