Well, we're still in the midst of COVID-19 closures, reopenings, and closures yet again. With the local economy in flux for nearly all of 2020, many small businesses are not only rethinking how they are doing business, but also adjusting to new needs of the public and ways to stay profitable. As you well know, solo and small firm operators are no different; we have to be fluid enough to ride the ever-changing waves of the economy and needs of our clientele. Whether we are dealing with court closures, delays in litigation, or a flood of new potential clients that were not expected pre-COVID, we must stay vigilant to our employees and clients.

In this issue, we've included some "normal" articles to keep the legal juices flowing for practitioners hungry for learning, but also some COVID related information that many lawyers may need information on.
