Dear Friends:

At this juncture in a typical year, I would have been reporting on one or more of our in-person events. Nothing about 2022 is typical, however.

Although we have not had the chance to host an in-person program in the earlier part of this year, our section has been actively producing and presenting high-quality online educational webinars and materials for your continuing education needs. Plans are underway to further supplement our online offerings with a special Nuts-&-Bolts series of webinars for new attorneys and less seasoned practitioners. Our ever-popular, day-long IP and the Internet Conference will be held virtually this year on July 27, 2022. It will include timely presentations on crypto and NFTs, handling cybersecurity breaches, cookies banners, UNRUH, website accessibility requirements, updates on privacy legislation, FOSTA...
