Letter from Duluth.

We are a group of high school Spanish students from Duluth, Minnesota, USA. Recently we have become aware of the critical situation that the country of Colombia is facing. We are writing to let Colombians know that as American citizens, we would like to do something to help.

We understand that problems such as drug trafficking and the exportation of drugs to other countries are complex. We, however, want Colombians to know that there are United States citizens who are committed to doing the right thing and who recognize that Colombia is suffering.

We would be interested in receiving more information on ways that we as young Americans can help. We hope even something as simple as...
