I like to underline concepts and ideas and write in the margins of books I read, and the copious quantity of underlining and writing in margins I have in leadership is an Art suggests I like it very much. Author Max De Pree is the former CEO and chairman of Herman Miller, Inc., a manufacturer of office furniture founded in 1923. Although not a new book, the principles shared and the concepts taught by De Pree in Leadership is an Art are as current today as they were when first published in 1989.
