STRESS MANAGEMENT Going for a long bike ride or for a run. After I get back, I'm a lot more focused and energized.

FAVORITE BOOK Any book that grabs my attention and keeps me from wanting to put it down until it's finished. I especially like the thriller fiction genre; some favorite authors are Michael Connelly, John Grisham and Dan Brown.

PERSONAL HERO My dad. Starting from a very humble beginning (growing up in a house with no hot water and no one in his family attending college), he succeeded through hard work and is one of the most caring people I know He taught my brother and me the value of not only having a good work ethic, but also focusing on family and enjoying life.

BEST ADVICE RECEIVED Don't worry about the money (it will come if you do a good job), but instead find a job you enjoy doing and surround yourself with good people. If you are not happy at what you are doing, then you prob-ably will not do a good job at it.

FAVORITE JOB The two best jobs I've had are my current job and my three summers working as a ranger at Philmont Scout Ranch. I have great memories working at Philmont and I still can't believe I got paid to backpack.
