Layton--AIR FORCE officials and SUNSET RIDGE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS LLC signed an agreement to develop Falcon Hill National Aerospace Research Park. The development is expected to add more than 15,000 high paying jobs and bring in nearly a billion dollars to the Beehive State.

"Falcon Hill is not only Hill's future, it represents northern Utah's future," said U.S. Sen. Orrin Hatch. The development supports the state's Aerospace Economic Cluster Initiative by bringing thousands of aerospace-related jobs to the area, as well as helping to ensure that Hill Air Force base stays open.

"This project will provide significant new growth to the area," said Utah's 11 th District Rep. Brad Dee. "The new jobs and businesses that will be attracted to this project will increase the quality of life for all Utah. The adjacent cities and counties, as well as the state, should be congratulated on their collective efforts to help the Air Force and Sunset Ridge makes this project a reality."
