The Air Force continues to face congressional scrutiny over its decision to abandon a multibillion-dollar project to build an unmanned stealth bomber for the Air Force and the Navy.

"Why have we walked away from this program?" asked Rep. Joe Sestak, D-Pa., a retired Navy vice admiral.
