London-based law firm Eversheds LLP has launched what it calls the first comprehensive Web-based guide to critical legal issues in European countries.
Directors Law of Europe is a free online tool that provides detailed information on the governing law in 29 different European countries in a single systemized source. From Italy to Poland, legal counsel for multinational corporations will now have immediate access to legal information that can be critically important to their company's efforts in corporate compliance and governance. Information on this site will be updated at least monthly, the firm says.
