Kislak re-sells Laura's Glen Apartments for $14.3M.

Woodbridge-based The Kislak Co. announced the $14.3 million sale of Laura's Glen Apartments, a 10-building apartment complex with 197 units in Pennsville.

Kislak marketed the property exclusively on behalf of the seller Laura's Glen DE1, 2 and 3 LLC with Senior Vice President Barry Waisbrod handling the assignment. He also procured the purchaser, Capital MG LLC.

In mid-2017, Kislak arranged the $12.15M off-market sale of the same property with Waisbrod representing the purchaser. Both sales are the two of the largest sales of a multifamily property ever in Salem County, Kislak said, based on data available from CoStar.
