CARITA R. TWINEM, President of the Wisconsin Chapter, has been elected an officer and was appointed Treasurer for Briggs & Stratton Corporation. Ms. Twinem has been with Briggs & Stratton since 1988 and most recently served as Director of Taxes. With the added role of Treasurer, she will be responsible for both short- and long-term corporate requirements and investing operating cash as seasonality permits. In addition, she will guide Briggs & Stratton's currency hedging efforts as the company moves toward foreign currency pricing.
