STEVEN C. DANATOS, a member of the New York Chapter, has been promoted to Vice President-Taxes for Continental Grain Company. Prior to joining Continental Grain, Mr. Danatos was Vice President-Tax for Siemens Corporation where he had responsibility for all tax matters for of Siemens companies in the United States. Previously he was Vice President-Tax for J.M. Huber Corp., where he was a member of TEI's New Jersey Chapter. Mr. Danatos is an attorney and certified public accountant. He holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Montclair State College, an MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School, and an LL.M. degree in taxation from Villanova Law School. Mr. Danatos joined TEI in 1985.
