On November 15, 2007, the Kentucky Chapter held a special monthly meeting at the Churchill Downs Museum followed by an afternoon of thoroughbred horseracing at historic Churchill Downs Racetrack. After opening comments by Kentucky Chapter President Don Noe and TEI Executive Director Timothy McCormally, Cheri Leistner of YUM! Brands introduced a Tax Controversy presentation by Marianna Dyson, George Hani, Ryan McCormick, and Patricia Sweeney of Miller & Chevalier. Lunch and racing followed in the Churchill Downs Finish Line Suites hosted by YUM! Brands, Inc.
