Kenosha attorney who denied misconduct to learn penalty for 8 charges.

A Kenosha attorney will soon find out if his law license will be suspended over disputed misconduct allegations. The Wisconsin Supreme Court will announce disciplinary actions for Terry Constant on Tuesday.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation charged Constant with nine counts of misconduct in 2017,mostly trust-account violations related to a Kenosha woman's personal-injury lawsuit, and asked for a two-year license suspension.The OLR later dismissed one count of misconduct.

Constant, who represented himself, filed an answer denying the allegations and asking that the OLR's complaint be dismissed. He said he never received cash from his trust account and didn't owe the client any money. He also offered...
