All facts, numbers, and statistics in my letter to the editor in the Sept./ Oct. Journal came from the June 2018 special issue on judicial nominating procedures, which I assumed to be correct as they pertained only to Florida trial judges, the majority of whom are white males. Therefore, my letter was not "fake news" as economic considerations, plus voter bias, have a lot to do with why so many Florida state court judges are white guys.
