Jones v. Norris, 310 F.3d 610 (8th Cir. 2002). A state inmate sued corrections officials alleging he was incorrectly medically classified and assigned to a job that was inappropriate for his medical needs. The district court dismissed the action and the appeals court affirmed. The appeals court held that the inmate had not exhausted his prison grievances with regard to his medical classification and work assignment.
