A state prisoner brought an in forma pauperis [section] 1983 action against prison officials, seeking monetary and injunctive relief, alleging that his termination from his prison job, which reduced his ability to earn good time credit, violated his due process rights. The district court dismissed the action as frivolous and the appeals court affirmed.
