JLL finds space for AmeriCredit at Onyx Equities' Paramus building.

JLL announced AmeriCredit Financial inked a long-term lease for approximately 14,000 square feet of office space at 15 E. Midland Ave. in Paramus with building owner Onyx Equities LLC.

AmeriCredit, an automobile finance provider, is relocating to the building from 650 From Road in Paramus and will occupy a portion of the third floor of the five-story Class A, 260,382-square-foot building.

Located at the intersection of Midland Avenue and Route 17 in Paramus, the office property is well located and very accessible via the Garden State Parkway and Route 17. Additionally, there are four regional malls within a 3.5-mile radius and 10 hotels within five miles of the property.
