JLL closes sale at Mack-Cali Business Campus in Parsippany.

Torchlight Investors has sold 4 Sylvan Way in Parsippany to a private regional investor.

JLL,which marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, announced the sale Nov. 14. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The 105,000-square-foot, Class A office building is located within the Mack-Cali Business Campus.According to JLL, the three-story property recently underwent renovations and is fully leased to a mobile telecommunications company for its Northeast Regional Headquarters and network operations center.

The 2.4 million-square-foot park features retailers, including Wegmans, 24-Hour Fitness and Seasons 52, and businesses including Zoetis, Wyndham Worldwide, GAF and Avis.
