Jill Harley is the aunt you wish you had. When each niece or nephew graduates from college, she treats them to the trip of their dreams. In 1999, she took her oldest nephew to Italy, with stops in Venice, Florence and Rome. Harley and her niece took a Mediterranean cruise together in 2001. Two years ago, nephew No. 2-a big World War II buff--flew with Harley to Europe to check out historical battle sites in France, Germany and Belgium.

There's one more nephew left. He just graduated, and is still deciding where he wants to go.

Leisure Pursuits: I like to cook just about anything. I started out as more of a baker and then became more of a cook. The best thing I recently made was a grilled veggie pasta salad with a kind of spicy vinaigrette. I told my chief financial officer that I would bake a New York-style cheesecake once we closed the New York Mercantile Exchange deal. I may switch to cheesecake bars instead because I don't think a whole cheesecake will survive my commute to work!

Time Management I like to think I have fairly good time-management skills. I try to subscribe to the "touch it once" policy as much as possible, which helps keep my desk fairly clean and keeps things moving forward with the right individual handling the work.
