The New Jersey Chapter of the Tax Executives Institute held its Spring Full Day Seminar on Friday, May 7, 2010, at the Meadow Wood Manor in Randolph, New Jersey. The seminar had an open registration format, allowing attendees to register at the door. Three sessions ran simultaneously, mirroring the format employed at Institute-level meetings. The key to a successful meeting is quality speakers, particularly in light of economic conditions, where many meetings chase few dollars. PricewaterhouseCoopers provided an impressive array of speakers. In the international area, Paul Lehmann discussed International Tax Developments; Auke Lamers and Joseph Ciaravino presented Foreign Holding and Finance Company Developments; and Rebecca Lei Wang and Ingrid Gardner discussed U.K. and Chinese Tax Developments. In the state and local area, Gregory Byrne and James Bartek explained Cash Saving Opportunities in a Down Economy; Hardeo Bissoondial delved into State Traps and Opportunities in Light of Federal Changes; and Leonard DiMeglio explored the Recently Promulgated Combined Return Regulations.

Not to be sold short, a cavalcade of top-notch speakers...
