Jersey City Mayor joins developers at grand opening of apartments in Hoboken.

Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop recently joined officials from BNE Real Estate Group, Hoboken Brownstone Co. and McKinney Properties to officially open The Enclave, a new collection of 260 luxury apartments and resort-style amenities in one of the city's hottest new neighborhoods.

At the Minno & Wasko-designed building, located at 675 Monmouth St., the Enclave's residences include more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.

"The opening of the Enclave is exciting for Jersey City as the new addition enhances the rapidly growing neighborhood where the City borders Hoboken," said Mayor Steven Fulop. "The transformation of this land, from part of the Van Leer Chocolate Factory to new modern apartments, is a testament of our commitment to enhancing quality of life in every corner of this great City. This project was not only a major overhaul of this site, but it also creates jobs and entices people to consider calling Jersey City home."

The Grand Opening event, which took place on the six-story building's rooftop amenities terrace with the New York City skyline serving as a backdrop, occurred one month after the developers launched leasing at The Enclave.
