The Merchants National Corporation, Indianapolis, has announced the following promotions:James D. Madigan to senior executive vice president, subsidiary banks; Thomas J. McCabe to executive vice president, treasurer, Merchants National Corporation; and Edward L. West to senior vice president, Merchants Service Corporation.
