IV. Conclusion

Lawyers sometimes lose control of their emotions in litigation and make irresponsible remarks about courts, opposing counsel, and opposing parties. Occasionally lawyers lose all perspective and engage in outrageous personal attacks on others involved in a given matter. In other instances, they may stand idly by while a client engages in abusive or disruptive behavior.
