Delivery Termsand Legal Title
Where the subscription price includes print issues
and delivery is to the recipient’saddress, delivery terms are
Delivered at Place (DAP);the recipient is responsible for pay-
ing any import duty or taxes. Title to all issues transfersFree of Board
(FOB) our shipping point, freight prepaid.
Claims for Missing or Damaged Print Issues
Our policy is to replace missing or damaged copies within our
reasonable discretion, subject to print issue availability,and subject
to the following terms: Title to all issues transfers Freighton Board
(“FOB”) to the address specified in the order; (1)Freight costs are
prepaid by Wiley; and (2) Claims for missing or damaged copies
must be submitted by the Customer or Subscription Agent within the
claims window,as noted below.
Claims window - General Claims for missing print issues must
be sent to cs-agency@wiley.com(and the Subscription Agent or Cus-
tomer may be referred to a society) within three months of whichever
of these dates is the most recent: date of submission; or date of issue
publication.
Claims window - India
Both Subscription Agents and Customers in India have 48
hours after receipt of goods to confirm that all content listed on the
packing label has been received. In the event of any discrepancy,
SPUR Infosolutions, Wiley’s delivery partner in India, needs to
be notified within forty-eight (48) hours using this email address:
support@spurinfo.com. All claims will be checked againstSPUR
Infosolutions delivery records before the claim is accepted. The above

Editorial Guidelines
The Journal of Corporate Accounting & Finance (JCAF)
is directed to corporate accounting and financial executives,
outside auditors and other professionals working with
corporations, as well as academicians and students.
Articles should address readership and be informative,
analytical, practical, and comprehensible. The JCAF editorial
team looks for original material that offers our readership new
insights into, and new approaches to,corporate accounting and
finance issues, including high quality “how to” articles covering
business strategy and operations.
Each of the annual four issues is devoted mostly to one or
more primary topics, based on timely relevance and information
availability such as:
Information Technologyand Data Analytics
International Accounting and Finance
Treasuryand CashManagement
Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Restructuring
Cost Management, Performance Metrics, and Strategic
Business Analysis
Auditing: Internal and External, Controls, and Reporting
Issues may include additional topics such as: Behavioral
Management, Leadership, and Ethics; Supply Chain
Management; Managerial Economics; Capital Markets and
Financial ValueIssues; Decision-Making; Styles, Approaches
and Experiences; Information Science and Utility;
Governmental Impact on Business; Impact of “Cultural Tones”
on Business; ToolsAvailable to Accounting and Finance Person-
nel; and other emerging topical interests of readers.
Trending topics arealways welcome if they are timely and
informative. Short commentaries, new ideas, and new topics are
encouraged.
Manuscripts are considered for publication with the under-
standing that they represent original material, and are offered
exclusively and without fee to The Journal of CorporateAccount-
ing & Finance. Articles must not have been published previously
and may not simultaneously be submitted elsewhere.
JCAF is dedicated to remaining on the frontier of
worldwide corporate accounting and finance issues and
events. Authors from the world of business practiceare
welcome as well as academic authors.
The Journal of Corporate Accounting and Finance has
adopted ScholarOne Manuscripts for online manuscript
submission and peer review.From now on all submis-
sions to the journal must be submitted online at http:
//mc.manuscriptcentral.com/JCAF.
Before submitting your Wordfile, turn off Track Changes
and click Accept All Changes. The page must be clean—no
comment tags should appear on the page. JCAF uses Exhibits for
Tabularmaterial and graphics are labelled as Exhibits in JCAF.
All Exhibits should be submitted as separate Wordfiles with one
Exhibit per file.
Be sure to include a text callout in the manuscript for
each Exhibit close to where it should appear (i.e., “see Exhibit
1, Red Flags for Auditors”). Each exhibit must be numbered
(i.e., “Exhibit 1”) and include a caption (i.e., “Red Flags for
Auditors”).
Please include a list of the numbered Exhibit captions on
the last page of your submission. Graphics for Exhibits should be
in black and white and supplied as image files (.jpeg, .tif, or .eps)
with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
Please provide an Abstract (100 to 200 words) for your
article. A brief—50 words or less—biographical sketchof each
author should also accompany the article. The bio should name
the author’s position, degrees and certifications, companyor
other professional organization, and field of expertise. The email
address of each author can be included.
Please note that if the article contains content from another
source for which permission is needed for its use and publica-
tion, it is the author’sresponsibility to secure permission from
the copyright holder.
Try to use as few notes and referencesas possible. If they
are indispensable, they should be double spaced as regular
text on a separate page at the end of the article. References
should conform to APAstyle per the Publication Manual of the
American Psychological Association, 6th ed. PerAPAstyle, all
References must be cited in text and all textcitations must be
included in the list References at the end of the article. Here are
