of the literature”, authored by Hussein Abdou and John Pointon, has

been named the Intelligent Systems in Accounting, Finance and Manage-

ment (ISAFM) “Paper of the Year for 2011”.

This paper was both the most downloaded paper from the year

2011 and the most cited paper (based on Google Scholar) from 2011

ISAFM papers.
