We are very happy with this very highly esteemed panel. You might have seen the panel description, which we have developed together with the American Society of International Law. In order to save time, I will not read the description out in full, but focus on three lines only. I would like to focus on the following questions:

(1) What is the role of these institutions and their contribution to the international legal system?

(2) What are the implications of their collocation in the city of The Hague?

(3) What are or should be done or what should be the dynamics among them?
