This year was the inaugural year for The Florida Bar's latest board certification: international litigation and arbitration. The committee was very busy this year, first with the drafting of a whole new certification exam. The exam will have 100 multiple-choice questions and four essay questions. In addition, the committee administered the first application process. This included analyzing and judging the applications of prospects who will take inaugural exam this year and also examining the applications of long-term practitioners in this area who are eligible to waive the requirement of sitting for the exam.
