Intermunicipal Cooperation Agreement

AGREEMENT FOR __________ SERVICES

THIS MUNICIPAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) made on the ___ day of __________, 20___ by and between the FIRE DISTRICT “A,” __________ County, a fire district having a principal office at 123 Fire Lane, Someplace, New York 12345 (hereinafter, “A”), and the FIRE DISTRICT “B,” __________ County, a fire district having a principal office at 4567 District Avenue, Anotherplace, New York 345671(hereinafter, “B”).

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, “A” and “B” find that it would be to their mutual benefit to authorize “A” personnel to provide “B” with certain services, and additional services as herein below described (collectively, the “Services”), and to compensate “A” for the Services it provides to “B.”

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein, and in accordance with the New York State General Municipal Law, Article 5-G, the parties herein do covenant and agree as follows:

Section 1. Services

“A” shall provide Services to “B” [insert a detailed description of the services to be performed for Fire District “B”]. “A” shall provide additional Services to “B” if mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Section 2. Fees
