Since 1940, Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates has developed a national reputation for providing medical innovation and outstanding patient care. The private medical practice includes 31 physicians, 25 midlevel providers and more than 300 employees at offices in Charlotte. Huntersville, Concord, Ballantyne and Rock Hill. S.C. They proudly serve patients from the Charlotte region and across the country.

At Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates, employees are actively encouraged to pursue excellence through teamwork, continuous improvement, patient satisfaction, innovation, education and practical resource management. Employees are given the autonomy they need to fulfill their specific job requirements and an open communication environment is promoted. Rather than working behind closed doors, managers make themselves available at all times to provide feedback and direction.

A monthly internal newsletter keeps the offices connected and highlights practice news to keep employees informed and build enthusiasm. Memorable family events and experiences such as weddings, births and graduations that employees wish to share are included in the newsletter as are the hire anniversaries of new hires and employees. Some employees have worked for the practice for more than 25 years!
